The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation pairs a sleek, modern three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor. The brushed satin brass finish and natural composite blades give it a contemporary look that suits both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. Sizing and fit
The fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 15.93 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It fits rooms from 100 to 200 square feet and works on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
