Fanimation TriAire Custom 44in 1-Light Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Koa Composite Blades | Covered Patio | Model FPD8514BS-44KW-12LK

A 44-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit, finished in brushed satin brass with natural koa blades, for covered outdoor and indoor living spaces.

The TriAire Custom ceiling fan combines a sleek, modern silhouette with a high-performance DC motor. Its three slender composite blades in koa contrast beautifully with the brushed satin brass finish, creating a look that suits contemporary, transitional, and coastal interiors. The integrated 12-inch LED light kit with CCT Select technology allows you to adjust the color temperature from warm white to daylight, and Wi-Fi-enabled fanSync lets you control everything from your smart device or voice assistant.

Best for

• Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
• Bedrooms and living rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, using the included 4.5-inch downrod
• Spaces up to 400 sq ft, with airflow up to 5,103 CFM on high speed
• Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
• Energy-conscious homes, as it is Energy Star certified and uses only 12W on average

Not ideal for

• Areas directly exposed to rain or water, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27 degrees without an angled ceiling adapter
• Those seeking a fan with a smaller light profile, as this model includes a 12-inch light kit

How bright is it?

The integrated 40-watt LED module delivers 3600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 250-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in large rooms, and the CCT Select feature lets you choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K to suit your mood.

Light color and feel

With CCT Select technology, you can adjust the light from warm white (2700K) to daylight (5000K). The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable, and the opal frosted shade diffuses light softly to reduce glare.

Sizing and fit

The fan measures 44 inches in blade sweep and 15.93 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 27 degrees) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.
