The Subtle ceiling fan from Fanimation combines a clean, modern form with a substantial 72-inch blade span to move air through generous rooms. The matte greige motor housing and weathered wood-finished composite blades offer a neutral, organic look that complements coastal, farmhouse, and contemporary interiors. Its damp-rated construction allows installation in covered patios, sunrooms, and other humid spaces. The included 18-watt LED light kit with opal frosted glass provides soft, energy-efficient illumination, and the handheld remote puts fan speed and light control at your fingertips.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1400 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is sufficient to light a medium-sized room as the primary source, but you may want supplemental lighting for tasks like reading or cooking.

This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and 15 inches in height from ceiling to the bottom of the light kit. The included downrod is 4.5 inches, and the canopy is 6.5 inches in diameter.

Is the bulb included? Yes, an 18W LED module is included and integrated into the light kit.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is not listed as dimmable; it is controlled via the included remote, which offers on/off and brightness steps if supported.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it can be installed in covered outdoor areas, bathrooms with adequate ventilation, and other damp locations. It is not rated for direct water exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a limited lifetime warranty on this fan.
Can I use this fan with a sloped ceiling? The fan is compatible with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees when using the included downrod or an appropriate adapter.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
