How bright is it?
The integrated LED module delivers 1500 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb - providing ample ambient light for most rooms. It's bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a living area or bedroom, and it's dimmable to create a softer mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. Warm white creates a cozy, inviting glow; bright white is crisp and energizing; daylight mimics natural sunlight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and true, making it ideal for art or task areas.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 20.15 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It mounts to flat or minimally sloped ceilings (up to 42°) with the included 12-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches allow you to adjust the height for ceilings between 7 and 9 feet. The canopy is 6.3 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 31.86 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
