Description
A 96-inch flush-mount indoor/outdoor smart ceiling fan without a light kit, finished in brushed satin brass with natural buttonwood blades, for covered patios and rooms with low ceilings.
The Spitfire DC Custom flush mount delivers powerful airflow up to 12,413 CFM from its 6-speed DC motor, all in a sleek, low-profile design. The brushed satin brass motor and natural buttonwood blades create a warm, modern look. This version is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) for customizable lighting. Control via the included TR360 remote or Wi-Fi with fanSync.

- Covered patios and porches with low ceilings, rated for damp locations

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional LED light kit, it provides 1600 lumens (about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb) with five selectable color temperatures.
Light color and feel
Not applicable without a light kit. The optional light kit offers CCT Select from 2700K to 5000K with CRI 90.
Sizing and fit
96-inch blade sweep with a 14° blade pitch. Flush mount fits ceilings as low as 8 ft. Canopy diameter is 7.85 inches. Ceiling-to-bottom height is 9.65 inches.

Is the bulb included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. The optional LED light kit is sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan speed is adjustable via the remote. If you add the optional light kit, it is dimmable via the remote.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated, so it is safe for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with ventilation, but not for direct rain exposure.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.
Can I add a light kit later? Yes, this fan is compatible with Fanimation's integrated LED light kits, which can be purchased separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
