How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. The light kit is dimmable and offers five color temperatures, so you can adjust the brightness and warmth to suit your space.

With the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create anything from a cozy, warm glow to bright, energizing light. The kit also features a high CRI of 90, ensuring colors appear vivid and accurate.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit; the LED light kit is sold separately. The fan is compatible with an integrated 18-watt LED module.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The optional light kit is dimmable via the included remote or the fanSync app. No separate wall dimmer is required.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp rated, so it can be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

Can I use this on a sloped ceiling? Yes, this fan supports sloped ceilings up to 20° and includes 6-inch and 12-inch downrods. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
