Description
A downrod-mount 96-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for large covered outdoor and indoor living spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a Matte White motor with Black Buttonwood blades, delivering powerful airflow up to 12,413 CFM. Its integrated 24-watt LED light kit features CCT Select technology with five color temperatures and a double-walled marine-grade glass shade for durability. The included TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync control make it easy to adjust fan speed and lighting from anywhere.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, with damp-rated construction and marine-grade light kit
- Large living rooms and great rooms, where the 96-inch sweep moves air effectively
- Sunrooms and enclosed porches, with adjustable lighting from warm to daylight
- Rooms with standard or slightly sloped ceilings, using included 6-inch and 12-inch downrods
- Smart home setups, with Wi-Fi control via fanSync app and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 14x14 ft, where the 96-inch sweep may be too large
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a flush mount - this version uses downrods
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb, providing bright ambient light for a large room. It is dimmable via the remote or app.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate. The double-walled glass shade diffuses light evenly and is built for durability.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 96 inches in diameter and hangs 16 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod (or 22 inches with the 12-inch downrod). It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 20°). Optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher ceilings.
