How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in a large room.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K), ranging from warm, cozy light to bright daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens.

This downrod fan measures 84 inches in blade sweep and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod. The 84-inch blade span is best suited for rooms at least 18x18 feet.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
