Description
An 84-inch smart ceiling fan for very large covered patios, porches, and great rooms, finished in matte white with black blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a streamlined matte white motor with three black buttonwood blades for a bold, contemporary look that suits both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers powerful yet quiet airflow up to 10,688 CFM, and the included TR360 remote plus Wi-Fi fanSync app control make it easy to adjust from anywhere. Damp rated for covered outdoor use, this fan is built to handle humidity while keeping your space comfortable year-round.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, providing strong airflow for very large seating areas
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas with ceilings at least 8 feet high
- Sunrooms and screened porches where moisture resistance matters
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air movement
- Rooms with standard 8-9 foot ceilings using the included downrods
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you prefer a flush mount for extra clearance
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp rated, not wet rated
- Small rooms under 14x14 feet where an 84-inch sweep may be overpowering
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a large room.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match your mood and decor. The kit is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
