How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample ambient light for a large room. It is dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate. The included Fresnel and frosted shades diffuse light evenly.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 84 inches in diameter and hangs 11.33 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with low ceilings. The flush mount requires a flat ceiling; it is not designed for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.
