Fanimation Spitfire DC Custom 72in Flush Mount Smart Ceiling Fan | Antique Graphite and Black Blades | Covered Patio | Model FPD6721BAGP-72BL-F

A 72-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire DC Custom collection, finished in antique graphite with black blades, for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.

The Spitfire DC Custom is a statement piece for large rooms, combining a sleek, low-profile design with powerful, quiet airflow. The antique graphite motor housing pairs with three black blades to create a modern, industrial look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors. With its DC motor, it delivers up to 9,639 CFM of airflow while using just 20 watts on average, making it an energy-efficient choice for cooling large areas. The included TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync technology put full control at your fingertips, while the optional LED light kit (sold separately) adds customizable lighting with five color temperatures.

Best for

• Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
• Large living rooms and great rooms with ceilings 9 feet or higher
• Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air circulation
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated)
• Low-ceiling rooms where a flush mount is necessary

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water (damp-rated, not wet-rated)
• Small rooms under 12x12 feet where a 72-inch sweep may be overpowering
• Spaces with sloped ceilings greater than 20 degrees without an adapter

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.

Light color and feel

When the optional light kit is added, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you match the lighting to your mood and décor, from cozy evenings to bright task lighting. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and accurate.

Sizing and fit

With a 72-inch blade sweep and a low-profile flush mount, this fan hangs only 9.65 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The overall dimensions are 72 inches wide by 72 inches deep by 9.65 inches high, and it weighs 21.06 pounds. It mounts flush to a flat ceiling using the included bracket.
