How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, bright enough for ambient lighting in a large room. The light kit is not included with this model.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match your mood and decor. The kit also offers a high CRI of 90, rendering colors accurately for art or task areas. The light is dimmable via the remote.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and downrod mount, this fan hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod (or 25.69 inches with the 12-inch downrod). The overall dimensions are 72 inches wide by 72 inches deep by 19.69 inches high, and it weighs 19.3 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
