How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as a primary light source in medium to large rooms, especially with the adjustable color temperature.
Light color and feel
Choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural. The light is dimmable via the remote or app, letting you set the perfect ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and comes with 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, allowing hanging heights from 16 to 22 inches from the ceiling. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. For optimal airflow, install so the blades are 7 to 9 feet above the floor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
