This flush-mount fan pairs a streamlined dark bronze motor with three Koa wood blades, delivering powerful yet quiet airflow up to 8,754 CFM from its 6-speed DC motor. It's compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) featuring CCT Select technology for five color temperatures. The included TR360 handheld remote and Wi-Fi fanSync app control make it a versatile choice for modern homes.

How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.

When paired with the optional light kit, you can select from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match your mood and decor. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
