The Spitfire DC Custom combines powerful airflow with customizable lighting. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers up to 7,307 CFM, and the included 18-watt LED light kit offers five color temperatures from warm to daylight. The brushed nickel finish and dark walnut blades create a modern, natural look. Wi-Fi enabled fanSync technology allows control via smart device or voice assistant, and the included TR360 remote provides convenient handheld control.

How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED light kit produces 1,600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in a bedroom or living area, but not as a primary task light for detailed work.

Light color and feel

You can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). This lets you shift from a cozy, golden glow to crisp, bright light. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant.

Sizing and fit

This downrod fan measures 54 inches in blade sweep and hangs 19.42 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod. It also includes a 12-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height. The canopy is 7.85 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.07 inches. It weighs 19.23 pounds and is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 20°).

Is the bulb included? Yes, the integrated LED light kit is included and features a non-replaceable LED module.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The light is dimmable via the included TR360 remote or the fanSync app. The fan speed is also adjustable through the remote.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, so it's safe for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas like patios and porches. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor. Contact Fanimation Tech Support at 1-888-567-2055 for assistance.

Does this fan work with sloped ceilings? Yes, it is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 20°. For steeper slopes, you may need a sloped ceiling adapter (sold separately).
