Description
A 64-inch, three-blade DC ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in galvanized metal for covered outdoor patios, large living rooms, and primary bedrooms.
The Spitfire DC Custom features a sleek three-blade design with a rugged galvanized finish that adds an industrial edge to any space. Its DC motor delivers powerful airflow quietly, and the fan is damp-rated for covered outdoor use. Includes a handheld remote and works with the Fanimation fanSync app.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where a damp-rated fan is required
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, providing high airflow
- Primary bedrooms with high ceilings, using the 12-inch downrod for proper clearance

Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft, as the 64-inch sweep may overpower the space
- Indoor rooms with low ceilings (under 8 ft) without a flush mount option
- Areas with direct water exposure, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). The 18-watt CCT Select kit offers adjustable color temperature to suit your mood.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from multiple color temperatures (CCT Select) to create warm, neutral, or cool light. The fan itself provides no light, but the airflow creates a comfortable breeze.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 64 inches in blade sweep and 21.08 inches in height (from ceiling to bottom). It includes a 12-inch downrod and is designed for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings. For larger spaces, blade sweeps of 72, 84, and 96 inches are available (sold separately).

Is a light kit included? No, the light kit is sold separately. You can add the optional 18-watt CCT Select LED light kit.
Is it dimmable? The fan speed is adjustable with 16 speeds, but dimming applies only to the optional light kit if it is dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not for direct water exposure.
What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Does it work with smart home devices? Yes, it is compatible with most smart home devices, but required controls are sold separately.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
