How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2000 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a large room, but not for task lighting. Use it to create a comfortable glow, not to illuminate a workspace.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K warm white, 3000K soft white, 3500K neutral, 4000K cool white, or 5000K daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural. The light is dimmable, and the remote allows infinite dimming levels.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 96-inch blade sweep and a 14-degree blade pitch. It mounts flush to the ceiling, with an overall height of 12 inches including the light kit. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
