How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2000 lumens—comparable to a 150-watt incandescent bulb—providing bright ambient light for a large room. It's suitable for everyday use and can be dimmed to your preferred level.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
This fan spans 96 inches in diameter and hangs 22 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod. Ideal for rooms at least 15x15 feet, it suits ceilings 8 feet and higher. The included downrods support flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
