How bright is it?

This fan is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit that delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a large room. The light kit is sold separately.

With the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). Is the bulb included? No, the light kit is sold separately. This fan is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt LED light kit.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The optional light kit is dimmable via the included TR360 remote, which offers infinite light dimming. No separate wall dimmer is required.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered outdoor areas like patios and porches, as well as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor for long-term performance.

How does the smart control work? The fan features Wi-Fi enabled fanSync technology, allowing control via the fanSync app, compatible smart devices, or voice assistants. The included TR360 remote also provides full control.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
