The integrated 18-watt LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures to match your mood. How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to illuminate a large living area or serve as the primary light in a bedroom.

With CCT Select, you can adjust the light from warm 2700K to cool daylight 5000K. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote, allowing you to set the perfect ambiance.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and 11.33 inches in height, making it suitable for rooms at least 15x15 feet. The flush mount design is ideal for ceilings as low as 8 feet. The included canopy fits standard ceiling boxes.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
