How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb. This is sufficient for ambient lighting in a large room, but you may want additional task lighting for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote, allowing you to set the perfect mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and mounts flush to the ceiling, with a height of 12 inches from ceiling to bottom. Ideal for rooms at least 15 x 15 ft. The included canopy fits standard ceiling boxes, and the KwikWire system simplifies wiring.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
