How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the compatible LED light kit (sold separately), it provides up to 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb. Without the kit, it provides no light.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.

Sizing and fit

This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and comes with 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, with a height of 19.69 inches from ceiling to bottom when using the 12-inch downrod. Ideal for rooms at least 15 x 15 ft. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. The LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? If you add the optional light kit, it is dimmable via the included TR360 remote. No wall dimmer is needed.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated, so it can be used in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not in direct rain.
