Description
A 64-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in antique graphite with natural blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom brings a sleek, modern profile to large rooms and covered patios. Its antique graphite motor housing pairs with three natural buttonwood blades for a warm, organic contrast. The included LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you shift from warm to daylight. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light from your phone or voice assistant.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, providing powerful airflow up to 8,754 CFM to keep large outdoor living areas comfortable
- Great rooms and open-plan living spaces with ceilings 8 feet or higher, using the included 6-inch or 12-inch downrods
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms where damp-rated construction resists humidity
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air movement with adjustable light color
- Smart-home setups, with Wi-Fi control via the fanSync app and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas without a roof or cover - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated, and should not be exposed to rain
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 feet, as the downrod mount requires adequate clearance
- Small spaces under 12x12 feet where a 64-inch blade sweep may feel overpowering
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit emits 1,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio. It is dimmable, so you can lower the light for a cozy evening.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, ideal for outdoor entertaining or reading. The light is fully dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 64-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 19.42 inches with the included 6-inch downrod (21.35 inches with the 12-inch downrod). It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The recommended hanging height is 7 to 9 feet from the floor to the blades for optimal airflow.
