How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED light kit delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - and offers five color temperatures from warm to daylight.
Light color and feel
You can select from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 64-inch blade sweep and included 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, this fan fits rooms with ceilings from 8 to 10 ft. Overall dimensions are 64 x 64 x 19.42 inches, and it weighs 20.24 lbs. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
