The Spitfire Close-to-Ceiling version mounts flush to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with lower ceilings while keeping the fan's sleek three-blade design. The brushed nickel motor housing and natural buttonwood blades create a modern, airy aesthetic that suits coastal and contemporary interiors. Its 21° blade pitch and reversible AC motor deliver efficient airflow, and the included TR500 remote provides convenient control. Damp-rated, it works well in covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and bathrooms.

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your room's other lighting. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - for ambient illumination.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional LED light kit, it emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, flattering skin tones and warm wood finishes. The light is dimmable via the included TR500 remote.

Sizing and fit

This 60-inch flush-mount fan has an overall footprint of 60 x 60 inches and hangs just 9.5 inches from the ceiling, making it perfect for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. It suits rooms at least 15x15 ft. The canopy is 7.85 inches in diameter.
