How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which produces 1,500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a large room.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional LED light kit, it emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it a good choice for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote.

Sizing and fit

With a 60-inch blade sweep and 9.5-inch overall height, this flush-mount fan fits rooms at least 15x15 ft and is ideal for ceilings 8 ft or lower. It mounts directly to a flat ceiling using the included bracket, with no downrod required.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. The optional 18-watt LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable, but the optional LED light kit is dimmable via the included TR500 remote. No wall dimmer is required.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor or covered outdoor spaces. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor and providing dependable performance.

Does this fan work with sloped ceilings? No, the flush mount is designed for flat ceilings only. For sloped ceilings, consider the standard Spitfire model with a downrod.
