How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom, but not intended as the sole light source for a large space.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, ideal for highlighting wood tones and warm decor. The light is dimmable, and the included TR500 remote allows infinite light levels.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 60 inches in diameter and 13.71 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 19 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
