How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1,500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, it delivers 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, ideal for living spaces and covered outdoor areas.
Sizing and fit
This 60-inch fan is designed for rooms at least 15x15 ft. It hangs 12 inches from the ceiling with the included 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.07 inches wide.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable. If you add the optional LED light kit, it is dimmable and comes with a TR500 remote that controls light levels.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and sunrooms. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
What's the warranty? Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
