How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), it delivers 1,500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, bright enough for ambient lighting in a medium room, but not a primary task light.

Light color and feel

The optional LED light kit emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, flattering skin tones and warm wood finishes. The light is dimmable, and the included TR500 remote allows infinite light level adjustment.

Sizing and fit

This 60-inch fan has an overall footprint of 60 x 60 inches and hangs 12 inches from the ceiling (without a light kit). It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 19°, and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit or bulb. The optional LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable, but the optional LED light kit is dimmable and can be controlled with the included TR500 remote, which offers infinite light levels.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, porches, and sunrooms. However, it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
