Description
A 60-inch damp-rated ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white blades, for covered patios, sunrooms, and large indoor living spaces.
The Spitfire pairs a sleek three-blade silhouette with a warm brushed satin brass motor housing and matte white buttonwood blades, giving it a modern yet approachable look that suits coastal, transitional, and contemporary interiors. Its damp-rated construction means it can handle the humidity of covered outdoor areas and bathrooms while still performing beautifully indoors. With a reversible AC motor and included handheld remote, it delivers year-round comfort and convenience.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated durability is needed
- Large living rooms, great rooms, and bedrooms (up to 400 sq ft) with ceilings at least 8 ft high
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated, not for direct rain)
- Spaces with sloped ceilings up to 19° using the included 4.5-inch downrod
- Year-round comfort with reversible airflow for summer cooling and winter air circulation
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 ft unless using an optional shorter downrod or flush mount (not included)
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 60-inch sweep may feel oversized
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. Lumen output is not applicable; if you need integrated lighting, consider the Spitfire with LED light kit (sold separately).
Light color and feel
No light kit included. For ambient lighting, pair with your own ceiling light or add the optional LED light kit (sold separately) for a warm 3000K glow.
