How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). When added, the 18-watt integrated LED module delivers 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb - providing ample ambient light for most rooms.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional LED light kit, it emits a warm 3000K white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it suitable for spaces where true color matters, such as kitchens or art displays. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the ambiance to suit your mood.

Sizing and fit

The Spitfire has a 60-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12 inches (from ceiling to bottom without a light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 20.28 lbs. It fits flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 19 degrees).

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit or bulb. The optional LED light kit (sold separately) includes an integrated LED module.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable. If you add the optional LED light kit, it is dimmable and can be controlled with the included TR500 remote, which offers infinite light levels.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and other damp locations. However, it should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor and providing dependable performance.

Does this fan work with smart home devices? Yes, it is compatible with Fanimation Wi-Fi fanSync and most smart home devices, but the required controls are sold separately.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
