Description
A 48-inch flush-mount ceiling fan with integrated LED light from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, designed for low ceilings and damp locations, finished in brushed nickel with black buttonwood blades.
The Spitfire Flush Mount brings the same sleek three-blade design as the standard model but mounts directly to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with limited clearance. Its brushed nickel finish and black buttonwood blades create a modern, industrial aesthetic. The included 18-watt LED light kit provides warm, dimmable illumination, and the TR500 remote puts fan speed and light control at your fingertips. The reversible motor ensures year-round comfort.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches with low ceilings
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms with high humidity
- Basements and bonus rooms with 8-foot ceilings
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air movement with integrated lighting
- Laundry rooms and bathrooms with adequate ceiling height
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water—this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings higher than 9 ft where a downrod mount would provide better airflow
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 48-inch sweep may feel overpowering
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1500 lumens—comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
The LED light emits 3000K warm white light—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, ideal for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
With a 48-inch blade sweep and 11.21-inch overall height (from ceiling to bottom with the light kit), this fan suits rooms with ceilings as low as 8 feet. The flush mount design eliminates the need for a downrod, making it a great choice for low-ceiling spaces.
