Fanimation Spitfire 48in Flush Mount Ceiling Fan | Dark Bronze and Dark Walnut | Low Ceiling & Covered Patio | Model FP6721BDZ-48DWA-F

A 48-inch flush-mount ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in dark bronze with dark walnut blades, designed for low ceilings and damp-rated for covered outdoor and humid spaces.

The Spitfire Flush Mount delivers the same sleek three-blade design as the standard Spitfire but mounts directly to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with limited clearance. The dark bronze motor housing and dark walnut blades create a modern, industrial aesthetic that works in both indoor and covered outdoor settings. Its AC motor provides efficient airflow, and the included TR500 remote offers convenient control.

Best for

• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, where a flush mount avoids the need for a downrod
• Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing year-round air movement
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity
• Living rooms and bedrooms up to 15x15 ft, with 4,995 CFM high-speed airflow

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with very high or sloped ceilings where a downrod mount would provide better airflow distribution
• Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 48-inch sweep may feel oversized

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). The compatible 18-watt LED module delivers 1,500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in a medium room.

Light color and feel

When paired with the optional LED light kit, the 3000K warm white light creates a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, flattering warm wood and bronze finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear accurate and vibrant, ideal for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable when used with the included TR500 remote.

Sizing and fit

This flush-mount fan has an overall height of 9.5 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit) and a housing diameter of 8.07 inches. It mounts directly to a flat ceiling using the included bracket, making it a great choice for low ceilings. The canopy is 7.85 inches in diameter and 5.02 inches high.
