How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). The compatible 18-watt LED module delivers 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - providing ample ambient light for most rooms.

Light color and feel

When paired with the optional LED light kit, the 3000K warm white light creates a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, making it suitable for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.

Is the bulb included? No bulb is included because this fan does not come with a light kit. The optional LED light kit (sold separately) includes an integrated LED module.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable, but the optional LED light kit is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer or the included TR500 remote for light control.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, this fan is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor or covered outdoor spaces. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.

What's the warranty? Fanimation offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser, covering the motor for long-term performance.
