Description
A 48-inch flush-mount ceiling fan with integrated LED light, ideal for rooms with low ceilings and damp-rated for covered outdoor use.
The Spitfire Flush mounts directly to the ceiling, saving valuable headroom while delivering the same sleek three-blade design. Finished in black with dark walnut buttonwood blades, it brings a modern touch to sunrooms, bedrooms, and covered patios. The included LED light kit provides warm illumination, and the reversible motor ensures year-round comfort.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, where a flush mount avoids clearance issues
- Covered patios and porches, with damp-rated construction
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing airflow and light
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity
- Smart home setups, with optional Wi-Fi control (sold separately)
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces needing a primary light source, as 1500 lumens is accent-level
- Rooms with very high ceilings, where a downrod would improve airflow
How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms but not as a sole task light.
Light color and feel
At 3000K, the light is warm white, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, flattering skin tones and wood finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 48 inches in diameter and 11.21 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. The flush mount design keeps it close to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with low ceilings.
