Description
A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor spaces and large indoor rooms.
The Spitfire brings a sleek, three-blade silhouette to spaces that need airflow without added light. Finished in black with koa wood blades, it suits contemporary and tropical-inspired interiors. The reversible motor keeps rooms comfortable year-round, and the included remote offers convenient control.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction handles humidity
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing airflow
- Large bedrooms and living areas with ceilings at least 8 ft high
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high moisture levels
- Smart home setups, with optional Wi-Fi control (sold separately)
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 ft, unless using a low-profile mount
- Spaces needing a light source, as this model does not include a light kit
How bright is it?
This model does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. If you need light, consider the version with the integrated LED module.
Light color and feel
No light kit is included, so there is no light color to describe. The fan is designed for airflow only.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 48 inches in diameter and 12 inches from ceiling to bottom. It includes a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for optimal hanging height on sloped ceilings up to 19 degrees.
