Fanimation Spitfire 48in 3-Light Ceiling Fan | Black and Whiskey Wood Buttonwood | Covered Patio & Sunroom | Model FP6721BBL-48WK-LK

A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in black with whiskey wood blades, for covered outdoor and indoor spaces.

The Spitfire from Fanimation pairs a sleek three-blade silhouette with a black motor housing and whiskey wood blades for a modern, warm look. The included LED light kit offers dimmable illumination with a choice of fresnel or frosted shades, while the reversible AC motor delivers year-round comfort. Rated for damp locations, it's built to handle humidity in covered patios, sunrooms, and more.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction handles humidity without direct rain exposure
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing both airflow and warm 3000K light
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high moisture levels
• Living rooms and bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings when mounted with the included 4.5-inch downrod
• Smart home setups, compatible with Fanimation fanSync and most smart devices (control sold separately)

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a hanging mount; consider the flush-mount version
• Spaces requiring more than 5,176 CFM of airflow, such as very large great rooms

How bright is it?

The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is ample for ambient lighting in a medium-sized room, though it's not designed to be the sole light source for very large spaces.

Light color and feel

At 3000K, the light is warm white with a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it suitable for spaces where you want natural-looking illumination. The light is dimmable via the included TR500 remote, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood.

Sizing and fit

With a 48-inch blade sweep and a 13.71-inch height from ceiling to bottom (with light kit), this fan fits rooms at least 12 x 12 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod works for flat or sloped ceilings up to 19 degrees; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter.
