Fanimation Spitfire 48in 3-Blade Ceiling Fan with LED Light | Matte White and Dark Walnut Buttonwood | Covered Patio | Model FP6721BMW-48DWA-LK

A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan with integrated LED light kit from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in matte white with dark walnut blades, for covered patios, sunrooms, and large indoor living spaces.

The Spitfire with LED light kit combines a sleek three-blade design with integrated illumination, offering both airflow and ambient light in one fixture. The matte white motor housing and dark walnut buttonwood blades create a modern, architectural look, while the included LED light kit provides warm, dimmable light. Its damp rating makes it suitable for covered outdoor areas and humid indoor spaces, and the included remote allows easy control of fan speed and light levels.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches, where the damp rating protects against humidity and moisture
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need both airflow and ambient light
• Large bedrooms and living rooms (up to 18x20 ft) as a primary cooling fan with lighting
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, thanks to its damp-rated construction
• Homes with sloped ceilings up to 19°, using the included 4.5-inch downrod

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water spray, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a hanging installation; consider the flush-mount version instead
• Small spaces under 10x10 ft where a 48-inch sweep may feel oversized

How bright is it?

The integrated LED light kit provides 1500 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.

Light color and feel

The LED light emits 3000K warm white light—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it a good choice for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote or compatible smart controls.

Sizing and fit

This 48-inch fan has an overall height of 13.71 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 19°. For optimal airflow, the fan should hang 7–9 feet above the floor; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings.
