How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your room's existing lighting. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1500 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.

Light color and feel

If you add the optional LED light kit, it emits 3000K warm white light—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it a good choice for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable when used with the included remote or compatible smart controls.

Sizing and fit

This 48-inch fan has an overall height of 12 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 19°. For optimal airflow, the fan should hang 7–9 feet above the floor; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings.

Is the bulb included? This fan does not include a light kit; the LED light kit is sold separately.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fan itself is not dimmable, but the optional LED light kit is dimmable and can be controlled with the included TR500 remote or compatible smart controls.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms, covered patios, and other humid indoor or covered outdoor spaces. It should not be directly exposed to rain or water.
