Fanimation Spitfire 48in 3-Blade Ceiling Fan | Brushed Satin Brass and Matte White Buttonwood | Covered Patio & Sunroom | Model FP6721BBS-48MW

A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in brushed satin brass with matte white blades, for covered patios, sunrooms, and large indoor living spaces.

The Spitfire pairs a sleek three-blade silhouette with a warm brushed satin brass motor housing and matte white buttonwood blades, creating a clean, contemporary look that suits both modern and transitional interiors. Its damp-rated construction means it can handle the humidity of covered outdoor areas and bathrooms, while the reversible AC motor delivers year-round comfort. The included TR500 handheld remote puts fan speed and light control at your fingertips, and the fan is compatible with Fanimation's Wi-Fi fanSync system for smart home integration (controls sold separately).

Best for

• Covered patios and porches where the fan is protected from direct rain and water
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need reliable air movement in humid conditions
• Large living rooms and family rooms up to 400 sq ft, mounted on flat or sloped ceilings up to 19°
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high ceilings, where the damp rating allows safe use
• Bedrooms and home offices seeking quiet, energy-efficient airflow with remote control convenience

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water spray - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft unless you use the included 4.5-inch downrod or a shorter optional downrod
• Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 48-inch sweep may feel overpowering

How bright is it?

This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional LED light kit (sold separately). The compatible 18-watt LED module delivers 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - providing ample ambient light for most rooms.

Light color and feel

When paired with the optional LED light kit, the 3000K warm white light creates a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural, making it suitable for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable for adjustable ambiance.

Sizing and fit

With a 48-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12 inches (from ceiling to bottom without a light kit), this fan suits rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings. The included 4.5-inch downrod keeps it close to the ceiling, while optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for higher or sloped ceilings. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.07 inches wide.
