How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1500 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, it emits 3000K warm white light—a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it a good choice for spaces with wood tones or artwork. The light is dimmable when paired with the included TR500 remote.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 48 inches wide, 48 inches deep, and 12 inches high from ceiling to bottom (without a light kit). It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7–9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.07 inches. It fits flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 19°.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
