How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on your existing room lighting. It is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that produces 1,500 lumens if you choose to add one.
Light color and feel
No light kit is included, so there is no integrated light color. If you add the optional LED kit, it emits a warm 3000K white light with a CRI of 90, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs.
Sizing and fit
This fan has a 48-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 12 inches when installed with the included 4.5-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 19 degrees). For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 19.96 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
