Fanimation Spitfire 48in 1-Light LED Ceiling Fan | Modern Black and White Washed Buttonwood Blades | Covered Patio | Model FP6721BBL-48WW-LK

A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor spaces and large indoor rooms.

The Spitfire pairs a sleek three-blade silhouette with a matte black motor housing and white washed buttonwood blades, giving it a modern, airy look that suits coastal and contemporary interiors. The included LED light kit offers warm 3000K illumination with a choice of fresnel or frosted shades, and the reversible AC motor delivers year-round comfort.

Best for

• Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction handles humidity without direct rain exposure
• Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing airflow and light in one fixture
• Large bedrooms and living areas up to 18x20 ft, with 5,176 CFM high-speed airflow
• Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, thanks to the damp location rating
• Smart home setups - compatible with Fanimation fanSync and most smart devices (control sold separately)

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
• Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a longer downrod - the included 4.5-inch downrod suits standard 8-9 ft ceilings
• Spaces requiring a flush mount - this model uses a downrod; consider the flush-mount version for low ceilings

How bright is it?

The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom, but not intended as the sole task light for reading or detailed work.

Light color and feel

3000K warm white with a CRI of 90 - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. It flatters skin tones and warm wood finishes, and the high CRI renders colors accurately, making it suitable for art or decor. The light is dimmable via the included TR500 remote, which offers infinite light levels.

Sizing and fit

With a 48-inch blade sweep and 13.71-inch height from ceiling to bottom (with light kit), this fan suits rooms at least 12x12 ft. The included 4.5-inch downrod places the fan 12 inches from the ceiling without the light kit; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the lead wire is 80 inches long.
