How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough for ambient lighting in a living room or bedroom, but not intended as the sole light source for large spaces.
Light color and feel
The 3000K color temperature emits a warm white glow, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true to life. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 48 inches in diameter and 13.71 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The canopy is 7.09 inches in diameter, and the housing is 8.07 inches.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is damp-rated, so it's suitable for covered outdoor areas and bathrooms with adequate ventilation, but not for direct rain exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
