How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2700 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 200W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as a primary light source for large rooms, but it's also dimmable so you can lower it for a softer ambiance.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4500K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, making it suitable for spaces where you want true-to-life lighting.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 120 inches in diameter and 21.72 inches in height from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It includes a 12-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to adjust the height for ceilings between 7 and 9 feet. The canopy is 6.03 inches in diameter, and the housing is 9.84 inches wide.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
