A 56-inch smart ceiling fan with seven Koa-finished composite blades and a black motor housing, designed for indoor and outdoor wet-rated locations like covered patios, bedrooms, and living rooms.
The Pendry from Fanimation combines modern design with smart functionality. Its 16-speed DC motor delivers quiet, energy-efficient airflow up to 6,847 CFM. Wet-rated for direct exposure to rain and humidity, it's ideal for gazebos, pergolas, and porches. The fanSync Wi-Fi connectivity allows full smart control via app, Alexa, or Google Assistant, and the included TR360 remote offers 6 speeds, reverse, and compatibility with an optional light kit (sold separately).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
