Description
A 72-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for both indoor and outdoor wet locations, finished in matte white with weathered wood blades.
The Odyn Custom from Fanimation is a statement piece that combines powerful performance with a rustic, natural aesthetic. Its DC motor delivers up to 9,193 CFM of airflow while using up to 70% less energy than traditional fans. The matte white finish is complemented by weathered wood composite blades, and the integrated opal frosted LED light offers versatile illumination with CCT Select technology.
Best for
- Large covered patios, gazebos, and pergolas where wet-rated durability is essential
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas needing high airflow up to 9,193 CFM
- Bedrooms and living rooms where quiet, energy-efficient operation is a priority
- Smart home setups with voice control via fanSync app and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Spaces with sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, using the included 12-inch downrod
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 feet, as the fan hangs 22.63 inches from the ceiling
- Small spaces under 150 square feet where a 72-inch sweep may be overpowering
- Installations without a nearby power source, as it requires hardwiring
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1,600 lumens - comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb, providing ample light for most rooms. It is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood or task.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, creating a soft, inviting glow.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 22.63 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.
