How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate. The opal frosted shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 56 inches in diameter and hangs 22.63 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod. It fits rooms of 12x12 ft or larger. For higher ceilings, optional downrods up to 72 inches are available.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
