How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit provides 1600 lumens—about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. It is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to your preference.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright light, or 5000K daylight, allowing you to set the mood. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true. The light is dimmable, and the included remote controls light levels and color temperature.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and 16.45 inches from ceiling to bottom (with light kit). It comes with a 6-inch downrod and fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7–9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
