How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens, similar to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it offers CCT Select technology with three color temperatures: 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, and 5000K daylight. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, ideal for living spaces.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in width and depth, with a height of 15.73 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit). It includes a 6-inch downrod and is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
